TaeKwon-Do is the ultimate Martial Art and self defence, unrivalled in its technique or power. We will help strengthen your mind and body, so that you can deal with whatever life throws at you.

Samurai Sam’s is our introductory class designed for our youngest students, with less emphasis on technical ability.

It builds on exercise, coordination and discipline.

Our Pro-Edge kickBoxing classes have been structured for students who are looking to concentrate on their sparring and combat skills, giving them the edge when they need it most.

The Lil’ Dragons is our intermediate program helping students gain much needed life skills, it builds confidence and lays a foundation in TaeKwon-Do before promotion into our junior classes.

Homecoming

The Scottish Team is now back from the European Championships in Bratislava. We managed to win 2 Bronze medals at the event but this does not tell the whole story. We have a very young squad which has gained some valuable experience that we can build on. Mr Blair is so proud of the entire team and what they have achieved, he can see their future potential and is already making plans for Slovenia.

Good Luck Scotland

Mr Darryn Ewins was sporting his new Scotland Dobok last night, trying it for size before his trip to Bratislava. Lets hope he gets a chance to wash it before he wears it again. This will be Darryn’s first ‘International Competition’ an experience he will relish and learn from. We are proud of the hard work he has put in to earn his place and wish him and the rest of the Scottish Squad a safe journey and the best of luck.

December Gradings

Our long weekend of colour belt gradings is finally over. Sunday and Monday night saw nearly 60 students seeking promotion in TaeKwon-Do and Kickboxing, by far the largest exams that Mr Blair has presided over since becoming an examiner. Over-all the quality of our students was very high, the kickboxers go from strength to strength and show so much potential for the future. There is some room for improvement with our TaeKwon-Do students but this is to be expected as they progress up the belts. We will get a gallery up very soon.
