Mr Blair, Mr Dewhurst, Mr Ewins and Mr Mellon were among 240 instructors at the largest IIC ever to be held in Europe. The course took place from the 27th to 29th January 2012 and was instructed by the ITF Technical Committee, Grand Masters Bos, Marano and Lan. The course was officially opened and closed by Scotland's very own Grand Master McCallum. Students from all over Europe were in attendance and some even traveled from Jamaica to take part. Scotland was well represented with a couple of dozen instructors from several clubs from West Lothian, Montrose, Aberdeen, Inverness and beyond.
